Interprise Resellers have developed a lot of add ons or plugins to the program based on popular demand from customers. Interprise is very customiseable with its plugin architecture. This allows you to have that small change or utility or even module you need to make the system really work for you. The basic system is very good and has a lot of features but should your requirements change or you want an add on to make the way you work easier then you can have these written for you. Lerryn's Asset Manager for Interprise
Designed to meet the needs of most businesses, Asset Manager for Interprise follows the same look and feel as Interprise Suite for intuitive operation.
It enables the management of a wide range of Asset Types, including leased or hired assets, with provision to manage their associated Insurance Policies, Maintenance Contracts and Finance Agreements.
Reverse Assembly or Bill Of Material
This allows you to effectively add a -ve number to the Build Assembly and take the Assembled Item out of stock and put the components into stock. Cost £325.00 + VAT.

Atlas EDI Link (Sales Orders In and Invoices Out)
This plugin allows you to connect to Trading partners using EDI. You
can receive sales orders and send back invoices using this plugin. Atlas
are a main supplier of EDI and have linked to most trading partners
like B&Q, Homebase etc so have templates for them and will usually
create them for any they may not have. All that’s required is to assign
your item codes to the trading partners to be able to automatically
bring in the orders.

Landed Costs
This plugin allows you to use an inflated Average Std cost price for
COGS and valuation of stock. It can be based on a % uplift by value, %
uplift by weight or you can enter costs for freight, duty and insurance
which are then split across items on a GRN or Bill by Value or Weight.
It will also get the % from an item or a supplier account as an option
which can be over ridden.

Multi Company Consolidation
This plugin allows you to consolidate multiple datasets into one
dataset for consolidated company financial statements. It copies all the
nominal transactions so proper drill down is still possible in the
consolidated company. Each company dataset is identified prefixing the
Journal ID.
Cost £650.00 + VAT, Maintenance £150.00 + VAT PA.
Batch / Lot Traceability Plugin
This plugin allows you to track stock by lot or batch numbers. This
is a comprehensive plugin which affects all areas where stock is either
allocated via sales orders, allocated via allocation routine, confirm
picked or issued from stock and brought into stock such as adjustments
in, GRNs etc.

Counter Sales Module
This is a keyboard orientated order interface designed for trade
counters or counter sales environments where use of the keyboard and not
mouse is required. It is not EPOS but designed for rapid order entry
and cash entry. One of our biggest customers runs a 35 user across 3
locations processing about 500 invoices a day running this module.

Assembly & SubAssembly Build
The standard Assembly will let you complete a build as long as you
have free stock. This plugin stops you if the stock is already allocated
to a sales order. If you are short of components which are also
assemblies you can build them within this assembly or see what shortages
you have.

Import Routine (Subject to Requirements)
We have created many
different types of import / export routine to link to other systems.
For your exact requirements we can quote based on what type of file xml
or csv we can get from you. We have a standard template and the cost
allows for all the little changes and data translation issues that come
from linking one system to another. EG if importing orders a vat code on
one system could be 01 and another STD, or how do we match nominal
codes, what if the customer and shipping address do not exist do we
create them or use a default account etc. What happens if its not
working? when a file is imported its marked as imported so its not
imported again. There is always some work involved with ironing these
issues out and we feel from experience we can give a fixed cost but it
does cost in time and effort to do properly.

Copy Quote
This allows you to easily copy a quote to any customer not just the same customer.

Lerryn's eShopConnect
The normal Interprise eCommerce module provides one of the most powerful eCommerce solutions available but trading on one or more of the channel marketing sites (e.g. eBay, Amazon etc.) can also be very important for some companies.
You may also already invested in a web shop like Magento, Volusion, ASPDontNetStoreFront etc and you are not looking to replace the web shop but need a proper backend application like Interprise Suite to control stock, order processing, accounts etc.
