Upgrades in user licenses later on are the difference in price. The core product is licensed based on the number of users. It consists of CRM and Accounting Software.

2. 1 Year Interprise Suite Software Maintenance
This is so you receive updates and new features for your software. To ensure you receive the latest updates to the software you will need software maintenance.

3. Other costs like telephone support etc are dependent on reseller charges.
4. eCommerce - Interprise eCommerce Module
Interprise has a standard ecommerce module which is good for B2B and B2C use. This could run on a dedicated workstation with IIS on the LAN. So your customers would access the website over your local Internet connection. This should be fine for a reasonable amount of traffic from B2B users. This is a low cost and simple solution. Your internet connection at the office will determine if this is a viable solution.
It can also be used for B2C users if you implement the Protx / Sage VSP Server or Direct Payment gateway. Note that if you have a busy web shop then you will either need to host the software and have a dedicated server or have a good internet connection at your office. The point to note is that because its integrated it is all in the same place so Interprise and the web shop have to run from the same place.
The cost for dedicated hosting can vary between £120 per month to £300 per month or more. The difference mainly being backup of your data, bandwidth, speed and support. Hosting costs can increase dependant on your volumes and security requirements.
