Interprise Suite Standard Edition
Upgrades are the difference in price. Maintenance includes legislation changes, bug fixes and new features. The free SDK is available via the Connected Business Website if a user has in house expertise to develop the software for their own use. The source code option has certain restrictions and is subject to signing a source code agreement.
Database
The user has the choice of using SQL Express which is free or Full SQL. Because of the disconnected data and field level concurrency approach it should scale much higher than other applications with Express. The user should be aware that as they get more users and higher volumes of data they are more likely to have to invest in full blown SQL
Support
We believe in local support from Solution Providers with whom you can build a local relationship. All Solution Providers have to go through an accreditation process. All our solution providers will maintain a good support to customer ratio and use a proper call logging system. This ensures that you will receive the best possible support.
Interprise Solution Providers will also be able to provide on site consultancy or training to help you get the maximum from the system. They will also be able to provide you with any specific amendments you need or want to have done.
